Q: I'm not getting emails. What is the problem?
A: First, make sure you have emails turned on. Some people unsubscribe accidentally. Go to your account (click here) and click on "Manage" in the the Email section. Make sure the Conscious Citizens Dispatch is toggled on. You want it to look like this:

Second, check your spam and junk folders. Search "conscious citizens dispatch" in your inbox and make sure the emails aren't going to a separate folder. If they are, be sure to whitelist the "TheConsciousCitizens" domain in your inbox. You can also mark our emails as important or open and reply to an email, which will teach your inbox you like us.
If neither of these work, shoot us an email with the subject line "Subscription Issue" and we'll figure it out.
Q: I want to change my settings — change my email address, manage which emails I'm getting, update my credit card, etc. Where do I go?
A: You can manage all your settings by going to your account here: https://www.theconsciouscitizens.org/#/portal/account
Q: I'd like a refund. What do I do?
A: We'll gladly issue you a refund if you are not satisfied with our newsletter and directory, you experienced fraudulent activity, your subscription accidentally renewed, or you're simply unable to fund us anymore.
You can cancel your subscription in your account settings or email us at consciouscitizens@littlewinsstudio.com with the subject line "Refund".
Q: How can I comment on a post?
A: Comments are available for all subscribers, and we encourage you to speak on here! In order to comment, you simply have to sign up. (It's free!) Once you subscribe and sign in, you can scroll down to the bottom of any post on our website and comment. If you are already signed in, you should see a way to comment easily.
Q: Why do I have to sign up to access The Conscious Citizens?
A: This is how we track our success and growth (since most folks don't answer our surveys). It's also the only personal information we take. This helps us better understand how many people are opening our newsletters, what resources are getting the most attention, and who our biggest fans are.
If you need more personal privacy, we recommend creating a temporary or alias email for your newsletters and using a pen name/username for your name in your account settings.
Q: Who else funds you?
A: No one. The Conscious Citizens is fully independent and 100% reader-funded. Unlike other newsletters or publications who have advertisers, sell your data, or compromise their values to make a buck, we survive solely and completely on reader support. We have no investors, no outside influence. That means in order to grow or make money, we are fully reliant on the generosity of our paid members. In return, we are entirely accountable to you.
