This is a growing collection of essential resources for anyone who wants to support Palestinians affected by the ongoing genocide in Gaza and the West Bank but isn't sure how or where to be of best help. All resources have been vetted by us to ensure legitimacy and effectiveness.
While this list is intended to share high-impact ways to support Palestinians during this time that have been widely advocated for by Palestinians, it is in no way exhaustive, and does not include the amazing grassroots efforts by millions of people around Earth organizing their own fundraisers, campaigns, and events to support Palestine. If you know of a local group who has been operating, we still encourage you to support them!

Ways to Support
Easy-Effort Actions
- Join the Global Boycott Movement | This is arguably one the most effective ways global citizens can help free Palestine. Withdraw your time, labor, and money from companies that support genocide. The Palestinian-led Boycott, Divestment, & Sanction (BDS) National Committee strategically targets the most complicit companies enabling Israel's crimes. As global citizens, it's our responsibility to collectively defund their company profits until their leadership team opens the conversation to change.
- Visit the Official Boycott List to know who to avoid when making purchases
- Find boycott-friendly products while shopping with Boycat
- Avoid buying products with a barcode ending in 729. This indicates that it is produced in Israel.
- Find a Protest to Attend | Find an event in support of Palestine near you, wherever you are in the world. Protesting and proactive community-building is the foundation of a working democracy. These events are also a great place to introduce yourself to someone new.
- Support Palestinian-Owned Businesses | As the global Palestinian community loses more and more family members to Israel's ongoing atrocities, it's more important than ever to support Palestinian businesses when you see one.
- Visit Watermelon Maps to Explore Palestinian-Owned businesses in Canada
Medium-Effort Actions
- Move Your Money to a Green Bank | Big banks are investing your money into ecocide, war, and exploitation. A great way to help free Palestine is by moving your money from complicit banks to more ethical ones that fund clean energy, progressive causes, and local BIPOC initiatives.

- Plan & Host a Solidarity Event | From art-making to wheatpasting to grieving circles, fundraisers, protests, rallies, and more, it's important for us to start stepping up to help bring more people into the Palestinian cause and create a culture of solidarity within our cities.

- Volunteer Remotely for a Group | Find a local group organizing direct-support efforts Palestine and see how you can support them. This is a great option for those any disabled or introverted folks that want to help.
High-Effort Actions
- Pressure Institutions to Divest from Israel | Our universities, cities, and other local institutions are often invested in companies that are directly complicit or profit from the genocide. By pressuring our local institutions to divest, we can make the occupation less profitable and therefore less sustainable.

โ DONATE โ
Ways to Donate
Due to Israel's current telecommunication control and full air, water, and road blockade, very few groups are able to get aid into Gaza right now. We have been keeping an eye on those coordinating on-the-ground support efforts to Palestinians in Gaza and the bordering countries of Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Egypt.
Direct, On-The-Ground Support
Give Internet to Someone in Gaza | One of the best, most direct ways to help Palestinians right now is to get them access to the internet by donating an e-SIM. Connecting Humanity is currently organizing local teams to setup and activate e-SIMs for people in Gaza to connect with ambulances, stay in touch with family, and keep the outside world updated with what's currently happening. Every photo or video we've seen coming out of Gaza is through an e-SIM.
(In 2024 we raised funds to give 100 people in Gaza eSIMs, each with 20GB of data. Let's keep it going!)
Help Palestinians Access Clean Water | On May 7, 2025, Gaza was officially declared a famine zone. As almost no clean water is getting into Gaza, Water Is Life Gaza and Save North Gaza have been organizing water deliveries from Palestinian-owned wells in the north to get Palestinians the water and other food they need to stay alive.
Provide Food & Medical Aid to Affected Palestinians | HEAL Palestine is currently providing health, education, aid, and leadership to Palestinian children in Gaza and Egypt. Founded by former PCRF leaders, it aims to empower Palestinians to rebuild their lives and restore hope and opportunity. All US-Donations are tax deductible.
(In 2025, we raised funds to provide two severely injured boysโAnas, 5, and Aser, 15, who survived their entire familyโtwo flights from Gaza to Boston for life-saving medical care. Let's help more kids!)
Help Palestinian Orphans get Food, Medicine, and Water | Nearly 40,000 children have lost one or both their parents to the genocide, creating the worst orphan crisis in modern history. The Zaynab project is a women-led non-profit with its members operating on the ground in Gaza to support families and orphans. All US-Donations are tax deductible.
Help Provide Prosthetic Limbs to an Amputee | Give the gift of mobility back to a child or adult who has lost a limb from the ongoing genocide. MATW is organizing this effort through their Limbs of Hope project. All US-Donations are tax deductible.
(In 2025, we raised funds to provide 3 prosthetics to children amputees! Let's keep the help coming!)
Give a Feminine Hygiene Kit to a Woman in Gaza | Sponsor a hygiene kit to help a woman in Gaza. Pious Project is currently on-the-ground leading an effort to distribute sanitary pads, a hair brush, tooth brush, toothpaste, cotton swabs, wipes, tissues, and other hygienic items depending on availability to vulnerable women with no access to hygiene necessities.
